Gluten-free Cream of Chicken Soup
A gluten-free cream of chicken soup ready for the freeze dryer. Produces an equivalent of 32 cans.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Better Than Bouillon
  • 1 ½ tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 gallon milk
  • 4 cups cornstarch Or use twice as much Flour [8 cups] for non-GF
  • 8 chicken breasts

Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan bring the broth and all seasonings to a simmer
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk and cornstarch together
  3. While whisking the broth pour in the milk - cornstarch
  4. Continue to stir and cook until mixture bubbles and thickens
  5. Add cooked Chicken pieces
  6. Remove from heat and add additional salt and pepper to taste
